SSC CGL Recruitment 2025: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the official notification for the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination 2025
to fill various Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ posts in central government
departments, ministries, and organizations. Eligible graduates across
India can apply online through the SSC official website. The recruitment
includes vacancies for Assistant Section Officer, Auditor, Inspector,
Accountant, and other roles.
The application process for SSC CGL 2025 will start in June 2025, and the Tier-I examination is expected to be conducted in August 2025.
Interested candidates must carefully go through the eligibility
criteria, selection process, and syllabus. The selection process
includes four stages (Tier I to Tier IV). Final selection will be made based on merit and preference of posts.
The minimum age required is 18 years, and the maximum age varies between 27 to 32 years, depending on the post. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government rules:
OBC: 3 years
SC/ST: 5 years
PwBD: 10 years
SSC CGL Vacancy 2025 Selection Process
The selection process includes four stages:
Tier-I: Computer-Based Examination (Objective)
Tier-II: Computer-Based Examination (Objective)
Tier-III: Descriptive Paper (Pen & Paper Mode)
Tier-IV: Computer Proficiency Test / Data Entry Skill Test / Document Verification
Candidates must qualify each tier to move to the next. Final
selection will be based on cumulative performance in Tier-I and Tier-II
exams and post preference.
