Age Limit: (Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates)
- For Junior Assistant and Senior Assistant: (18 to 30 years): Born not earlier than 05.09.1993 and not later than 04.09.2005. (both date inclusive)
- For Junior Executive (18 to 27 years): Born not earlier than 05.09.1996 and not later than 04.09.2005. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification:
- For Junior Assistant (Office): Bachelor Degree in any stream.
- For Senior Assistant (Accounts): Bachelor Degree in any stream with 2 years experience.
- For Junior Executive (Common Cadre): Bachelor Degree in any stream.
- For Junior Executive (Finance): Bachelor Degree in Commerce (B.Com) with ICWA / CA / MBA with Finance.
- For Junior Executive (Fire Services): Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Fire Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering.
- For Junior Executive Law: Bachelor Degree in Law (L.L.B).
Fees: Rs. 1000/- for General / EWS / OBC candidates. There is no fees for SC / ST / PwD / Female / AAI Apprentices candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Junior Assistant, Senior Assistant and Junior Executives in AAI AERO Recruitment 2023 are given below:

Pay Scale:
- For Junior Executive: Rs. 40000 – 3% – Rs. 140000/-
- For Senior Assistant: Rs. 36000 – 3% – Rs. 110000/-
- For Junior Assistant: Rs. 31000 – 3% – Rs. 92000/-
